"Egypt doesn’t have control of its people the way we do here."
Isaac J. Conner - Who made the following statement?
"Egypt doesn’t have control of its people the way we do here."
A. The baby Jesus
B. Joe Biden
C. Martin Luther King Jr.
D. George W. Bush
Kelley Socling - I would expect D to say that but I have a bad feeling that it was actually B.
Charmaine Boggs - Sounds suspiciously like choice B to me.
Elsa Flores Guiles - We need a revolucion here in America! Lets go!!! Poder a la Gente!
Jeanine Valencia - B!
Shanon Rogge - It's B Joe Biden . Woot Gold Star For Me!!!!
Sarah Page - Wow
Joshua Boylan - Viva la revolucion!
Diana Cregar - Careful what you wish for... you just may get a tea party uprising.
Isaac J. Conner - The one and only correct answer is B.
A, was only able to say "goo."
C, abhorred warmongers.
D, said the same thing in many different ways.
Isaac J. Conner - @Di - I'd rather have a party of angry idiots storming the "castle" than a warmongering politician inverting his role in our system.
Diana Cregar - Lock & Load... if ballots don't work bullets will...2nd amendment remedies...don't retreat reload... careful what you wish for Isaac. You don't strike me as an armed revolutionist, but I do know a whole lot of other angry idiots who are well armed and ready. And I dont agree with their politics.
Isaac J. Conner - Diana,
It seems to me that if any U.S. President were to go on television, eat a baby and say that it was in our national security interests, what would matter to many is not the promotion of infanticide or cannibalism, but whether he was a Democrat or Republican and how best to handle the "spin." This is insanity. Whether it was Democrat Joe Biden or Republican George W. Bush means nothing. It is a misrepresentation. They are our servants.
Diana Cregar - I think you're missing my point Issac. I can not blindly follow a party of angry idiots storming...without questioning the ideology and the leaders backing the viva la ReVOLUTION. You do realize who is funding the armed angry idiots, yes? http://www.nytimes.com/2010/11/15/us/politics/15armey.html “A lot of people are trying to run to the front of this parade,”
Isaac J. Conner - I may be missing your point, but you're missing the point of the post. Somehow, you have denied the point of Joe Biden's ideology being frighteningly undemocratic and went to The-Tea Party-Are-Angry-Idiots Land.
I am very aware of the Koch Bros., their ideology and the funding of their unwitting puppets, the Tea Party. But this isn't about them.
Diana Cregar - YOUR response to the viva la ReVOLUTION, careful what you wish for comments was... I'd rather have a party of angry idiots storming the "castle" than... I am just questioning the storming unwitting puppets of the ReVOLUTION that was advocat...ed in the post. So what...whose ReVOLUTION are we advocating here? And yes Isaac, Joe Biden's comment regarding "Egypt doesn’t have control of its people the way we do here." is frighteningly undemocratic. Did you know Cairo literally means "The Vanquisher" or "The Conqueror"?
LeeAnn Hively-Insalaco - Vive la revolucion is the French version and is a totally acceptable way of spelling revolution without need for correction. It was the cry of an oppressed culture taking back freedoms long withheld from them. Just sayin. Furthermore, while I believe violence only encourages more violence, historically it has been evidenced that once governing influences have the complete control our own society has allotted our officials, violence was the surest means to take control back. Our forefathers had no qualms with violence when securing our long lost freedoms, and with the obvious state of affairs blatantly admitted to through such audacious comments as above, it's no wonder there are those willing to take back our liberties through whatever means possible.
Neil Whitelaw - I can PROVE it is "A"
Neil Whitelaw - Is irreverent a Reverend that is irritating?
